Refund policy

In Store Returns: Unfortunately, in store purchases are not eligible for refunds. However, we will be more than happy to provide you with in-store credit for the amount of your original purchase.

Online Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. That's why we offer free returns for all online orders within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Options for Online Returns: Customers have three options for returning the item:

  1. Return the item for store credit with a $5 in-store bonus: You will receive store credit for the full amount of the item plus a $5 bonus that can be used towards your next purchase.

  2. Keep the item and receive a 20% off coupon: You may keep the item and receive a 20% off coupon that can be used towards your next purchase.

  3. Return the item for a full refund: You will receive a full refund for the item.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please click on the "Returns" link at the bottom of our website and fill out the return request form with your order number, reason for return, and your preferred option for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or QR code for USPS to use for returning the item.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want.

We reserve the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice.

 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
